Here's What $100 Will Buy You !

An Offical Copy Of Barack Hussein Obama's Birth Certificate !

ARE YOU KIDDING ME !

This is not some sleazy internet scam, this is coming straight from the Gov't of Hawaii.......IN AN ATTEMPT TO RAISE MONEY TO REDUCE THEIR DEFICIT !

Do these people have any scruples at all !

Let me get this right, You want to become President of the United States of America.

Very Noble.

One of the qualifications to become the President of this Great Country is you must be a natural born citizen, born on the U.S. soil. The Framers and Founders of the Constitution wanted it this way and set it up this way, for good reason. Could you imagine Osama Bin Laden running for the President of the United States ?

If the Founders had not thought out this rule, we'd have big problems on our hands, really big ones.

So as a canidate for the highest office of the land, you go through an extensive background check. The FBI, CIA and every other security agencey probably knows who you ate lunch with in first grade, and what girl (or boy) you chased on the playground.

The Gov't get's to know you quite well, probably better than you know yourself.

Which makes you wonder why Hawaii NEEDS to sell B.H.O.'s BIRTH CERTIFICATE for ?

Answer is quite easy.

When the federal Gov't was gathering paperwork the first time around, it received a "RECORD OF BIRTH" from the hospital, it's a Souvenir, not an offical document. I have one my parents received from the hospital where I was born. It looks very offical, has my footprints on the back, my mother's thumbprints, everything you would think that would make it offical. Try to get a Social Security Card  or Drivers license with it. You will be told you need a "OFFICAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE" . I know , It happened to me ! ! !

Back to Barack. He handed over the "Souvenier Version," not the "Offical Version" of his Birth Certificate. As a note , the Souvenier Copy could have easily been altered to say Hawaii, which it was. NO ONE CAUGHT THIS ?

Now, after two very long years, Hawaii mysteriously found the "OFFICAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE" and is willing to sell copies of it for $100 @ copy. CAN YOU SAY "HIPAA LAWS"?..........google it !

Did any of you know of anyone in school that could turn an "F" into an "A" with relative ease, me too.

I'm not a Birther, I'm a Realist ! The "OFFICAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE" has definately, without a doubt been altered and put up for sale!

To say the least, THIS STINKS ON ICE ! ! !

In this Nation's history, please tell me the last President that had to SELL HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE, to prove he was eligible to be President.

I couldn't think of one either.

To you Kewl-Aid guzzlers who think G.W.Bush robbed Al Gore of the Presidency in 2000, at least President Bush was born here, in the United States.

Yours in liberty,

Bob Yeager

Dismantling Obama's HealthSCare at top of Gop's "To Do" List

With the Republican's in the House of Representatives voting to repeal ObamaSCare, it is starting a two year effort to dismantle the law through piecemeal tactics and efforts to weaken public support.

After passing legislation , that would roll back the law, fufilling GOP campaign promises, it will be tough to get the measure through the Senate or to the President's desk.

After passing the House, the GOP will try to dimantle the law by removing funding from key provisions and force the Dems to defend the law ahead of the 2012 Election.

Top sources say Obama is not willing to "go backwards". Repealing ObamaScare, according to Tim Gitner, Treasury Sec., would be a major setback for people with pre-existing conditions, young adults thrown off their parents plans.

The House Appropriations Committee would be the GOP"S first line of defense to strangle the law's implementation.
$20 BILLION is what the CBO estimates the government needs over a decade to meet the laws requirements.

Darrell Issa of California, of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee, has said that he will hold hundreds of hearings on a range of topics, and he has created a subcommittee that will examine the health- care law.

46% of Americans think is likely to cut jobs, 54% think it will hurt the economy, and 62% see it increasing the Federal Deficit, accordind to the poll conducted 1.13.2011-1.16.2011 by the ABC
News and the Washington Post.

Is this what America really wants in it's Health Care, I doubt it !

INVESTING = MORE BIG SPENDING ! ! !

Not quite sure where this past week slipped away to, I do know this much , I won't miss my Flu shot next year. My  obituary is probably online some where, under Google .....LOL !

Don't let B.H.O or the Socialists-Liberals like Rep. Anthony Wiener (D-NY) fool ya !

the new buzzword (actually it's been recycled) is " Investement.

The C.B.O announced yesterday that there would be a $ 1.5 TRILLION shortfall in the budget, yet B.H.O. wants to keep on spending, spending on things that Constitutionally he has no power to. What a suprise.
He's the best Dictator we ever had ! He tops Woodrow Wilson.

The only true hope this Country has and it will be an uphill battleis, if Rep. Paul Ryan and Rep. Michelle Bachmann can stop dead in it's tracks, the Debt Ceiling Increase, along with Rand Paul. If this Debt Ceiling passes, deals or no deals, this Country will never see the Greatness it once enjoyed

Our best days will be behind us.

Why ?, You ask?

The National Debt and the debt ceiling will be un-sustainable, we will be a bankrupt country, ready for rogue forces to move in a destroy what is left. What little Liberty we have left. This has been Dictator Obama's plan all along . Destroy our country through it's Financial system. With the help of George Soros, Bill Ayres, Van Jones and a few other of his Communists buddies, B.H.O has succeeded in transformining our Freedom loving nation into one of Tynanny.

U.S. Supreme Court Issues Landmark Decision: Constitution is Void

Jan 18 04:56 PM US/Eastern
ATLANTA, Jan. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The U.S. Supreme Court issued a landmark decision that serves to allow judges to void the Constitution in their courtrooms. The decision was issued on January 18, 2011, and the Court did not even explain the decision (Docket No. 10-632, 10-633, and 10-690). One word decisions: DENIED.

Presented with this information and massive proof that was not contested in any manner by the accused judges, at least six of the justices voted to deny the petitions:

"There is no legal or factual basis whatsoever for the decisions of the lower courts in this matter. These rulings were issued for corrupt reasons. Many of the judges in the Northern District of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit are corrupt and violate laws and rules, as they have done in this case. The Supreme Court must recognize this Petition as one of the most serious matters ever presented to this Court."

The key questions answered negatively by the U.S. Supreme Court was:

"Whether federal courts must be stopped from operating corruptly and ignoring all laws, rules, and facts."

By denying the petitions, SCOTUS has chosen to sanction corruption by federal judges and to allow federal judges to void sections of the Constitutional at will.

William M. Windsor has been involved in legal action in the federal courts in Atlanta since 2006. Windsor was named a defendant in a civil lawsuit (1:06-CV-0714-ODE) in which Christopher Glynn of Maid of the Mist in Niagara Falls, swore under oath that Windsor did a variety of things including the crimes of theft and bribery. Windsor stated under oath that Christopher Glynn made it up and lied about absolutely everything that he swore. Windsor then obtained deposition testimony from Glynn and the other managers of the Maid of the Mist boat ride, and they admitted, under oath, that charges against Windsor were not true.

Despite this undeniable proof, 32-year federal Judge Orinda D. Evans declared that the grandfather of three should not have fought the lawsuit, and she forced him to pay a fortune in legal fees of Maid of the Mist. Windsor appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, but federal judges Dubina, Hull, and Fay rubber-stamped Judge Evans' ruling. Windsor then took his appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court where the justices said the appeal was not worthy of their consideration (cert denied).

After attempting to get the case reopened with new evidence that proved fraud upon the courts and obstruction of justice, Judge Evans and Judge William S. Duffey committed a variety of crimes and violations of Constitutional rights, as did judges with the Eleventh Circuit. All of this was detailed for the Supreme Court.

Windsor says: "I have discovered that the federal judges in Atlanta, Georgia, Washington, DC, and the justices of the United States Supreme Court function like common criminals intentionally making bogus rulings against honest people while covering up the crimes of their fellow judges. I have been contacted by people from all over the country and around the world with their stories of judicial corruption with judges all over the U.S.

"My charges have been totally ignored by the United States Attorney's Office, the FBI, and Congress. I do not believe there is a shred of decency, honesty, or Constitutional rights in our federal courts. In my opinion, we now live in a police state. Judges are free to do absolutely anything they want. Our laws are meaningless. Your life savings can be stolen by a federal judge, and they have no risk in violating every law in the books.

"In my opinion, this is the most serious issue that our country has ever faced. Our rights have been stolen. And the mainstream media refuses to cover this story because they are afraid of the judges. Heaven help us.

"I believe our only hope in America is if the masses become aware of what is taking place. I am writing an expose, and my book will be available at Borders, Barnes & Noble, and on amazon.com soon. The publisher will decide if the title is Lawless America or Screwed, Glued, and Tattooed."

The Five Lies About ObamaSCare

If you could believe the words that B.H.O. speaks, you would believe that Congress dumping Trillions of dollars,(YES,TRILLIONS !)into a government takeover of healthcare will reduce an astronomical deficit itself caused by runaway drunken sailor spending.

It's hard to believe B.H.O. or anyone with a middle school math aptitude would believe that, but he does and so do his Kewl-Aid drinking followers.

This is one of five lies tha constitute ObamaSCare, the draconian sized health care spending plan, that according to the Democrats, the House is going to "symbolicly" try to destroy today. Not true, it's not symbolic. Odds are good this will not hit the Presidents's desk, and if it does, he'll will veto it.

ObamaSCare needs to be stopped, and it will be, here are the reasons why :

1.) It is not Financially Feasible.
Contrary to Obama's belief, the catastrophe will not reduce the deficit. When fully implemented, (2014-2023) the projected cost will be $2.6 TRILLION ! ! ! much more than the Democratic Congress promised. Add an extra $ 200 BILLION for the MediCare "Doc-Fix", and  $115 BILLION in discreetionary spending, and you have the first lie !

2.) Lower Permiums ? ? ? ?
The President PROMISED a reduction of $2,500 @ Family, actually premiums would increase $2,100 @ Family ! A gap of $4,600 @ year per Family. Repeal ObamaScare, save $2,100. lie #2

3.) The Fantasy of Cost Control
B.H.O stated in a speech :"If a bill arrives from Congress that is not controlling costs, that'snot a bill I can support. It's going to have to control costs."
Well, guess what ?According to Richard Foster, the chief Medicare actury, stated in an April 2010 report that ObamaSCare will increase health costs by $311 BILLION over the next 10 years........lie # 3.

4.) The "Job Terminator".
The Kewl-Aid guzzling Socialists on the Left would have you believe that the Republicans should worry about the Economy, not ObamaSCare. If anyone on the left had an ounce of knowledge about economics, they would know that the economy is directly tied to ObamaSCare. So in essence the Republicans are worried about the economy ! A GOP Aide revealed that $569 BILLION in tax increases would take effect over the next several years. JOB TERMINATING TAXES ! ! !......lie #4

5.) BIG GOVERNMENT IS EVERYWHERE ! ! !
This Is where B.H.O. was discovered to be a Socialists. He was quoted at his Inaugural Speech as saying,"The question we ask today is not wether government is too big or small, but whether it works."
OK, if you take that sentence apart, he's thinking THE BIGGER, THE BETTER.With ObamaSCare comes 159 new programs, bureaucracies and boards to look foward to. B.H.O loves Big Government. What Socialists doesn't ?
hence, lie #5

Ronald Reagan, the Greatest President of our time, maybe ever, once said, "The closest thing we will ever see to eternal life here on earth is a Government Agency." He knew trouble when he would see it.

In closing, Two things EVERY reader of this blog needs to do:

Contact your U.S. Senator and your Congressman, tell them if they want Re-elected, Dis-mantle ObamaSCare AND Absolutely do not raise the Debt Ceiling-NO EXCEPTIONS !

Our Founding Fathers would be proud of the Bipartisan seating idea.

You can't make this stuff up.

I don't even think Hollywood could have scripted this.

Almost 30 Senators and about a dozen House members have signed on tothe idea of Bipartisan seating at the State of the Union Address.

I'm very impressed.

No more Republicans on the right and the Democrats on the left, not this year if Sen. Mark Udall (D-Colo.) and Sen.Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) have their way.

They drafted a letter last week, and so far 22 Dem. Senators, 6 Rep. Senators, 12 House Dem. & 2 House Rep. signed on to the idea. There have been other members of Congress that have voiced support for the new seating arrangement.

"Rekindle that common spark that brought us here from 50 different states and widely diverging backgrounds to serve the public good", was the inspiration that was conveyed in the letter.

The heated partisan atmosphere in Washington D.C., which some have blamed the Tragedy in Tucson on, may have led to the Bipartisan seating idea.

No matter what brought on the change , I like the show of Unity. At the end of the day, no matter what political party we are part of, we are still all Americans.

The State of the Union Address is Tue., Jan. 25.

Elected Officals at all levels need to go back to School

If you want to run for Elected office, that's fine, it is truly an honor to serve the citizens of the United States of America.

One piece of advice first though.

If you are going to run for a law making office, such as Congress, get a copy of The Constitution of The United States of America.

In a recent study coducted by the Intercollegiate Studies Institute, 2,500 adults were asked 33 basic civics questions. The bulk of the questions were pulled from the U.S.Citizenship Exam, 10 questions were directly related to the U.S. Constitution.

164 of the 2,500 people identified themselves as elected government officals. Believe it or not, the elected officals scored lower than the average citizens.

here are some other stunning facts:

46 % of the elected officals knew Congress, no the President had the power to declare war. 54% of the general public had the correct answer.

49% of the elected officals could name all three branches of the U.S. Gov't.50% of the general public had the correct answer.

57% of elected officals knew the purpose of the Electoral College. 20% of the elected officals thought the Electoral College was a schoolfor "training those aspiring for higher office  (REALLY?).

This is just a sample of the results of the test, and to top it off the general public scored 5% higher overall on the test results.

If the elected officals know less about American history than general citizens, this helps explain the lack of constitutional discipline often displayed by our politicans at every level of government.

Rep. Michelle Bachmann should open her Constitution classes to ALL members of Congress, not just the Freshman Class.

To be, or not to be, That is the question ! (Really ?)

WARNING ! : Due to the rough week our country has suffered, the following is my attempt at humor. Think this is bad ?, come listen to me sing Karaoke !

You are probably asking yourself, If not now you will be at the end at this post, How did Politics & Astrology get mixed up in the same Blog.

Here's how !

I was watching the news one day this past week, and I was hit with a cosmic bombshell. I wasn't a SCORPIO anymore ! OK, the Zodiac is a form of entertainment to me, but I admit, sometimes I take it a little bit too far.

I was born in the first week of November, If you want the exact date, the FBI or CIA would be glad to provide you with that information.

Anyway, back to the SCORPIO thing. This presented a few problems to me. First and foremost , I have this very artistic Scorpion Tattoo on my left Bicep. I am quite proud of it. Proud enough that ten years ago when I started my very amateur karaoke career, I stage named myself "SCORPIO". To this day there are people that still don't know my real name.

THAT'S FUNNY !

First I'll give you the new list of names & dates, to bring you up to date :

Capricorn: Jan. 20-Feb. 16.

Aquarius: Feb. 16-March 11.

Pisces: March 11-April 18.

Aries: April 18-May 13.

Taurus: May 13-June 21.

Gemini: June 21-July 20.

Cancer: July 20-Aug. 10.

Leo: Aug. 10-Sept. 16.

Virgo: Sept. 16-Oct. 30.

Libra: Oct. 30-Nov. 23.

Scorpio: Nov. 23-29.

Ophiuchus: Nov. 29-Dec. 17. (Yep, this one is new — read all about the Ophiuchus way of life here)

Sagittarius: Dec. 17-Jan. 20.

OK, needless to say I was somewhat upset to find out I wasn't a Scorpio anymore. We Scorpions do have so very many sought after qualities, If you know what I mean.

So now I had to set out on a quest to find out where and why this crazy idea started.

I don't need or want Julian Assange's fame or for that matter his troubles, but it's time I dimed out our Federal Government. This is bigger than Area 51 in Nevada.

Through my sources, which will remain nameless,"Ophiuchus" was developed to give the Democrats an edge in Politics that would never end. from what I have learned, this conspiracy has been around since the Carter Administration, who would of thought.

By juggling the birthdays of the Democrats under the new calander, the Dems, The Feds and their super computers figured this out in aprox.35 years, I'M IMPRESSED !

Word also has it there is a Top Secret meeting at the White House this week to make sure everyone's birthday's in Congress line up correctly, if not, you get a new birthday!

This still doesn't solve the problem that I am now a Libra, not a Scorpio and that upsets me.

If the Federal Government can learn anything from this, think before you start messing with things (like Healthcare.)

I hope everyone got a laugh out of this, last week was a tough week ln our Country. I just wanted to make a few people laugh !

It's time to "Cap" the Dept Ceiling

The Socialist-Liberals would have you believe that if Congress doesn't raise the Debt Ceiling, AGAIN, The Earth will literally break in half. Catastrophic events of Biblical Proportions, Armageddon  ! ! !

What these Spend-a-holics are not telling you is, they would not be able to spend like there's no tomorrow. They would have to spend within their means,(GASP!). And worst of all, they would have to trim their current spending by at least 20% and elimante some very old and tired and non-essential Government Agencies. ( See my post from 1.7.11, Mr.President......).

If Congress ignores America's wishes, and raises the Debt Ceiling, this Country is headed for absolute Disaster.

NEXT STOP: (THING TO STOP) OBAMACARE !

The Republicans have a big project ahead, one that has to be approached methodically.

ObamaCare must go away, if for no other reason than to bring down the $ 14 Trillion debt ceiling.

It's going to take some work though, that's not to be said it can't be done , it can be.

The Republican majority lead house must bring legislation to the floor repealing ObamaCare, that's the easy part. Next the Senate must pass it.
50/50 % chance there.

Beyond that Obama would have to man up and pass it. Which I think would help him get re-elected. He won't do it, we know that.

Plan B, starve it to death on the vine, financially. Stop funding of this boondoggle at every turn.
This may take a few years but it will be well worth it.

I know this is my second post on this subject, and for good reason, it has to be done.

Tomorrow's Tease : The Debt Ceiling !

The Tragedy in Tucson had absolutely nothing to do with Politics

C'mon America, Let's get our act together!

The actions taken last Saturday in Tucson by a mentally deranged individual were not a Republican problem or a Democratic Problem. Nor were they a Tea Party Problem.

This was a Mental Health problem, That could have been prevented if certain individuals would have taken action at the proper time.

I thought that as a Country, we were better than this. Pointing fingers at each other and playing the blame game, like 5th graders at recess on the playground.

When I first blogged about the Tragedy in Tucson, I talked about an America that came together during times of crisis.

The people would drop their political labels and stand up together and band together and support each other.

I guess that the New york Times and several other media outlets forgot how to do that.

In a span of nine years this country has become so deranged in itself, that we have the Westwood Baptist Church wanting to protest the nine year old victim's funeral on Thursday, the innocent child that perished at the hands of a deranged gunman targeting Congresswoman Giffords. Thank Goodness Arizona acted swiftly to enact legislation banning the church from protesting within 100 yds. of the funeral.

I hope that we as a Country ,will step back and take a long hard look at ourselves, and correct our behavoir in times of National Tragedy.

This Country is on a slippery slope, and the tree we are going to hit at the bottom is a big one !

"She is now the Shining Light Watching Over Us."

This post is Dedicated to the Memory of Christina Taylor Green, Who passed away Saturday, January 8, 2011 in the "Terror in Tucson" Massacare.

                         Christina Taylor Green
              September 11, 2001 - January 8, 2011

There are moments in life that can not be understood in human terms.

A loved one taken from us in a blink of an eye, in a tragic moment, by a crazed person with a handgun, spraying bullets randomly.

Like I said in human terms, this is well beyond our comprehension.

I am a believer that God had bigger plans for Christina.

Christina just turned 9 years old in September, A Third grader, she was just elected to Student Council.

She had a true passion for Politics, and when her mothers friend wanted to know if she would like to meet Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ), she jumped at the chance.

Little did the young lady know the danger or the fate that awaited her, none of us ever do.

Christina was waiting to meet her hero, when a lone gunman shot Rep.Giffords point blank, nineteen other people met the same fate, including young Christina.

Sadly she did no recover from her injuries.

I believe in Guardian Angels. I have two friends that passed away at young ages and I believe they watch over me. I have been in some tight spots I probably should not have made it out of. I believe they played a part in it.

I firmly believe Christina Taylor Green was taken from this Earth early for a purpose, God's purpose. Christina will be someones Guardian Angel.  Who Knows, maybe Gabby Giffords, If not Gabby's I believe Christina will protect some Politican along the way. maybe more than one.

That might be God's way of letting her full fill her love for politics.

God works in very mysterious ways, I know Christina's work on Earth is not done. Someday a Politican will take a near miss, think of Christina.

Godspeed my Angel,

Bob Yeager

Why are Liberals so Frightened by the Constitution ?

I'll tell you why .

Our Founding Fathers, the Framers of the Constitution, wrote the Constitution specifically to limit the Governments ability to write laws that would over reach into our rights as citizens. Limiting the Governments power to get too big.

Well, as you and I both know, with the exception of Conservatives and the Tea Party people, Liberals hate being told how to write laws and run government.

So when the Republicans deceided to read the Constitution aloud last Wednesday, 1.5.11, the liberals went into a viral tizzy of biblical proportions, to say the least.

Socialist Keith Oberman of the near non-existent MSNBC, questioned whether Republicans would understand what they were reading.

I guess Keith thought since he didn't understand what they were reading, they (Republicans) might not understand it. Keith, you're a SOCIALIST, WE DON'T EXPECT YOU TO UNDERSTAND, THE PATRIOTS IN THE HOUSE DO !

Oberman acted like the Constitution was written in Greek, in reality it is written in plain English. easy enough for a middle school student to understand, unfortunately, the are not allowed to be taught such history anymore.

$1,071,872.87 was the price tag Vanity Fair put on reading the Constitution in the House, taking into account the salaries of the members, etc. Firsts, I didn't realize Vanity Fair was an accounting firm, second, never in my life have I seen them critque a Democratic Financial Boonboggle, LIKE OBAMACARE !

The New York Times couldn't help but chime in as usual. The NYT condemned the GOP, rather than celebrate the return to principles. The NYT suggested reading the Constitution was a "Theatrical Production of Unusual Pomposity.", Alot of thought went into that anology!

Last November, The American voter sent a clear message to Washington D.C. that the Constitution matters! The Town hall meetings should have been a good example of that.

In closing, I urge all Liberals to embrace The Constitution of the United States of America, unless it's you intent to destroy it. Which I truely believe in my heart they intend to do. If that's your intent FIND YOURSELF A NICE SOCIALIST OR COMMUNIST COUNTRY, THERE A STILL A FEW AROUND.

Yours in liberty,

Bob Yeager

Sadness in the Valley of the Sun

There are times in life when politics is superceded by something bigger.

It's called life, and how fragile life can be.

The Republicans, the Democrats, the Independents, the Libertarians, Liberals, Conservatives, Constitutionalists, .....we all come together to be Americans. Just like on September 11,2001.

Today was one of those days.......unfortunately.

A true Patriotic American, U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ), who represents Arizona's 8th Congressional District, was having a meet & greet outside a Safeway store in the Tucson area, when a 22 yr. old opened fire on the crowded parking lot.  When the shooting was over, 15-18 innocent people were hit. Several were dead instantly, including U.S. Judge John Roll, who has served America's legal system for almost 40 years, and a 9 year old girl, Three of Rep. Giffords associates were hit and Rep. Giffords took a bullet to the head which exited the other side.

All this happening minutes after 10:00 am Arizona time.

Life is so fragile.

By the grace of God, Rep. Giffords was rushed to a nearby Medical Center and survived, and at the time I wrote this article 7:30 PM EST, she was still surviving.

It's times like this that this country comes together as one people, we are Americans. No Political party needed.

Just days before, two days to be exact, Rep. Gabby Giffords read part of the Constitution in the well of the House. She was a Democrat who was proud to read this "Sacred Document" unlike many of the people in her own party .....a true Patriot. My heart is heavy tonight, not only because of the "Sadness in the Valley of the Sun." But because it takes a tragedy for our Country to come together and become one ......True Americans.

In closing my Prayers & Hope go out to everyone involved in todays tragedy. Rep. Giffords and her family, Judge John Roll and his family, the un-named 9 year old girl and her family. To everyone who lost someone or has a loved one injured.

MR. PRESIDENT, THE COUNTRIES CREDIT CARD HAS WELL EXCEEEDED IT'S LIMIT, PLEASE PAY OFF SOME OF THE BALANCE !

Austin Goolsbee, chairman of the U.S. Council of Economics would have you believe the sky is falling if we don't raise the draconian debt ceiling we are now faced with.

Truth be known, If we get rid of true waste in Washington like Farm subsidies,,abolish the Dept.of Education, close the Dept.of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), shut down the Dept. of Energy, repeal ObamaCare and bring our troops home from Europe and Japan, we could and would elimate the debt ceiling.

SPENDING is the problem, not the need for more credit.
If you have $ 20,000 in personal credit card debt, you don't take another credit card out to make payments on the existing credit cards. You cut back your personal spending big time to pay down the cards. Our Government needs to do the same thing .NOW.

If the Republicans don't take the message handed to them in November, and cut a deal with the Devil (B.H.O.), I might just be sitting in someones seat in Congress in two years, because they will be thrown out, and also because I get it !. I'm not afraid of the Establishment in Washington. I have faced bigger challenges in my personal life than people that can't add or subtract, or Bullys trying to get you to do things their way.

The citizens of the United States of America do not send people to Washington to make friends, they send them there to get a job done.

So if I don't make alot of friends while I'm there, Too bad.

We need a Government that isn't afraid to make the really tough decisions. If the 112th Congress raises the Debt ceiling ,then they will have failed their first and biggest test in their term.

Raising the debt celing would just be kicking the perverbial can down the road. It would do nothing but add debt to debt we cannot afford.

today ,1.7.11, is the day America better start taking this debt very serious, or there will be a time in the very near future where it will be too late.

It's the Constitution, Stupid ! ( Rep.Jerrold Nadler D-NY )

Let's make one thing perfectly clear, If I want to worship the Constitution of the United States, I wil do it. Without Socialist Rep.Nadlers condemnation. After all isn't this the founding document that our founding fathers based our Government on ?

Besides, Al Gore worships ClimateGate, Treehuggers worship Trees, PETA worships the food we eat why can't I worship the "Sacred Document" our country was founded upon ?

Of course I wouldn't expect for a minute that Socialist Nadler would even know that!, That's why it will be read to him...ALOT !

For his information, I do, and so do many, consider this a "Sacred Text". I wouldn't expect him to, HE'S A SOCIALIST !

PROPAGANDA ?. YOU KIDDING ME ?. 90% of what comes out of Jerrods's mouth is propaganda. So that was really a keeper.

Let's face it, Socialist-Liberal-Progressives deplore the Constitution. From the days of Teddy Roosevelt, they have been trying to dismantle this "Sacred" Document and everything it stands for.

They are forever trying to govern without it, and most of the people in this country don't even know it's happening.

So along come the Republicans, who now have the majority in the House of Represenitives, and they want to make the Constitution a more active part of Government.

This is killing the Social-Liberal-Progressives !

Maybe, finally there is true hope for our trainwrecked Government.

One can only Pray.

C'mon Jerrold, say a prayer with me !

Yours in Liberty,

Bob Yeager

P.S : to Joy Bahar, The love for our Constitution is not getting out of hand, It's your SOCIALIST BIG MOUTH that's getting out of hand. SO SHUT THE HELL UP ! ! !, YOU'RE JUST ANOTHER WASHED UP ROSIE O'DONNELL !

IT'S TIME TO WALK THE WALK ! ! !

WED.,1.5.11

THE 112th Congress is sworn into session.

11.2.10, they talked the talk, now let's walk the walk.

For all practical purposes, with th exception of a few, the Democrats will not have any interest.

So that leaves us with the Republicans, problem is, we have four types of Republicans,The RINOS (Republicans in name only), The Old School, (very set in their ways, Enjoy entitlements), The Freshman, & the Tea Party Republican Freshman.

We wil be relying heavily on the Freshman & the Tea Party Republican Freshman to tow the line.

They need to co-opt the RINOS & the Old School to get things done, make good on promises made. They can not be intimidated by the Old School or the Dems to do business as usual.

If the new guys cave in or get caught up in the cess pool of D.C., 2012 will go to the Democrats, and B.H.O. will be able to finish his Socialistic Transformation of our Government and our Beloved Country.

This is it !

A one shot deal !

The Republicans must take back our Government and our Country, and restore her to her former Glory.

Reduce the Deficit, Cut Spending across the board, elimate earmarks and read the Constitution before every session and before a law is passed to make sure they are Constitutional. Oh ,one more thing, Post the bills on the internet 72 hours before a vote so we know what we're paying for.

It can be done, it will just take a pair of stones.....or several pair.

Yours in Liberty,

Bob Yeager

The First Order of Business : 1.5.11

The first order of business.

Rhinos, Democrats, Liberals, Progressives, Socialist & Communists beware !

The Dismantling of ObamaCare is at the top. middle & bottom of the Republicans opening agenda, and for very good reason.

First, it will set the standard for the Republicans agenda.

For the sake of this great Nation, this Catastrophic Debacle must be fed a Silver Bullet (and I don't mean a Coors Light) and put to death A.S.A.P. ! !

Incoming House and Energy Chairman Fred Upton (R-MICH) say he has 242 Rebublicans & a handful of Democrats willing to push this through the House.
With a sizable vote, it will pressure the Senate to Act.
After that, they will tear it apart piece by piece.

Their are Uber- Liberal- Socialist on the left like Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FLA), who in their kool-aid drinking world, believe this is a lost cause for the Republicans.

Time will tell.

I think curing ObamaCare is like curing Cancer, it has to be done no matter what the cost !

Is the Constitution of the United States that impossible to comprehend ? ? ?

It defies all logic that a Lame Stream Media Journalists, from the Washington Post, found the Constitution of the United States to be in her own worns "Confusing."

If I was a betting man, I'd bet she graduated from Berkeley of California. Chances are pretty good Norah O'Donnell was a classmate of hers!

Erza Klein was on MSNBC'S Daily Rundown on Thursday, 12.30.10, mockng the Republicans wish to use the Constitution for it's intended purposes, to reign in Government spending and keep their powers limited.

Ms. O'Donnell wrote this off as "lip service" by the Republicans.

After stating the Republicans would reject legislation that couldn't be justified constitutionally, Klein complained "Tht issue of the Constitution is that the test is confusing because it is written more than 100 years ago (223 years, whose counting !) and what people believe it says differs from person to person dependinding on what they want to get done.

WHAT ! ! !

This is a very clear, simple, transparent document written by our forefathers. Any middle school student who has not been indoctrinated by the Socialist & Communist teachers we have in the public school system, could explain this with ease to Ms.Klein & Ms.O'Donnell.

Thank God MSNBC doesn't have an audience that anyone  really pays attention to, this kind of bad reporting could be quite damaging to someone who just takes sound bites for the news.

We need a better breed of Journalism in this country, sooner rather than later !

A Challenge for all my readers.......Please Participate !

I was watching the news the other day, and the host of the show had a really great idea, I believe it was Glenn Beck. (Be nice Now !)

He said that if every American would read the Constitution of the United States, on an annual basis, The Country would be a much better place. We could actually hold our Government more accountable, leading to less over spending !

And since teaching about Mao has replaced teaching the Constitution, you should invite your children in on this too. Make it a family deal. Turn off the TV, the computer, the video game and read the Constitution together.

You could even invite friends over and have a Constitution reading Party. Be somewhat careful doing this in public, our Socialistic Government kind of frowns on these kind of things.

Doing this once a year, (maybe even twice a year.) could have a welcome impact on our country. One which we need.

The Government needs its' employers (YOU & ME) to limit their overreaching on our rights and liberties.

I challenge you, I will go as far as begging you to try this. Do it this week and on the 4th of July. (every six months) Talk to your friends , get them to do it. Contact your members of the House and Senate. Let them know what they're doing wrong.

If they don't wise up, THROW THEM OUT ! ! !

I even invite my Intenational viewers to read the U.S. Constitution too. It will let you know what our forefathers wanted in forming our New Country.

here is a link to a good website :       http://pocusa.info/index.htm

P.S. ; PLEASE LEAVE ME FEEDBACK ON HOW YOUR READING WENT, I HOPE IT WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND GAVE YOU HOPE FOR OUR GREAT COUNTRY.

HAPPY NEW YEAR ! ! !

I'd like to take this time to wish all my loyal readers a very save and Happy New year !

2010 offered us many challenges to deal with. As a Nation, we need to meet these challenges head on.

We can take care of our nation's problems and continue to help our friends around the world, if we really put our minds to it.

This might sound a little cold, but we really need to concentrate on our problems here in the U.S.A. first and foremost.

I know this country has what it takes to turn itself around, and fight the Evil forces that are trying to destroy our system of Government. ( and create a Socialist, or even worse, a Communist Government.)

People can put us to the test, test our mettle, test our resolve, but in the end we're a tough bunch.

The people in this county band together when they really need to. I.E. 9.11.01

It's who we are as a people and a country.

Again, Happy New Year Everyone ! ! !

Yours in Liberty,

Bob Yeager
