Obama Adviser: No Single Fix Will Cure the Economy

No single fix will cure the economy..........NO KIDDING !

I guess I have to begrudgingly have to give B.H.O. a little credit for admitting there is a problem with the economy.

I will also remind the president that dumping TRILLIONS of dollars into a black hole will not fix the economy either.

Cuttting back ont the mere size of government, and all the TRILLIONS of dollars of excess spending that goes with it, will go a long way in fixing the economy. there is so much waste and frauid between the lobbists, the unions and other special interest groups, that it is no wonder the economy is in the tank.

Cap the Dept ceiling, close down the beaucratic agencies that are dragging down the economy, and the economy will take care of itself. The money the Government wastes, could be turned into money the consumer could spend to get the economy going again.

With Lobbyist Donors, Obama Lets Himself Off on a Technicality

OK, let's say your friend robbed a bank. He offers you some of the money, you say no. He splits the money up between the rest of his buddies. Now one of his buddies offers you some of the stolen money, and you know where the money came from and you decide to take the money anyway. did you commit a crime. Yes you did.

B.H.O.'S story, although a little different is somewhat similar. What Obama meant was that he had turned away many lobbyists, but that becomes clear only after parsing the phrase. He didn’t say “all” or “every,” so the statement was technically true, if very misleading.

Misleading, something this President has turned into an art form. And so it is with Obama fundraising. The Obama campaign has long touted the fact that registered lobbyists are not permitted to give money to the campaign or bring their besmirching presence to any of the commander in chief’s frequent fundraisers.

But an even neater bit of legalism comes on the definition of what a “lobbyist” is. The president won’t take money from registered lobbyists, but those who are “strategic advisers” to clients hoping to have an influence on “government affairs” are as welcome as they can be.

In a FOX NEWS article, B.H.O. was quoted as saying : "They will not work in my White House," Obama often intoned of lobbyists. But, over time, dozens of former lobbyists came to work for the administration. As Washington Examiner lobbyist lacerator Tim Carney observed, this prompted Obama to adopt a new phrasing of the old pledge: "We've excluded lobbyists from policy making jobs."

It really mystifies me who the people in this country chose as their Leader in 2008. I hope we reverse this error in 2012 !

Connecticut Officials Push Washington to Offer Free Diapers to Poor Mothers

Hollywood could not write stories like these !

Free diapers for poor mothers !

According to FOX NEWS,  Connecticut Gov. Dan Malloy has declared Thursday “Diaper Need Awareness Day” as part of a campaign by The Nutmeg State to pressure Washington into providing free diapers to low-income families.

I have A daughter.............1 (ONE!) Why just one you say ? Becaause I didn't think on my megar salary we could afford more than one ! DAN MALLOY, WHERE IN THE HELL WERE YOU IN 1980 ? I would have had five if I knew they came with free diapers. In all actuality I still would have had one. That's n ot to say that there are people out there who would love to fleece the system.

If this actually happens, I can see it now, people, mainly kids 18-25, will be having kids in litters. Just for the free diapers.

I am providing a link to this story so you can read it yourself.

Karzai Says Afghanistan Would Back Pakistan if U.S. Attacks

Am I missing something here ? ? ? We are fighting a war against the insurgents in Afghanistan, trying like Hell to bring  Democracy to a country that has me convinced they don't really want it, we have been there 10 years , What for ?

President Hamid Karzai is using the United states, what he  wants from us, I couldn't tell ya. We have chased al-Qaida and the Taliban into Pakistan. God only knows why Pakistan is giving refuge to these thugs.

Now if we, (the U.S.A.) decides we need to take military action towards Pakistan, Afghanistan will attack the United States.

Now is the time to pull out all NATO and American forces from Afghanistan, lock, stock and barrel !

Obama’s String of Foreign Policy Victories Still No Match for Economy in 2012 Election

IT'S THE ECONOMY, STUPID ! ! !

And when he realizes that, he might, just might, have a chance at re-election. But not before that.

On the foreign policy front, his luck is impeccable. Fmr. President George W. Bush would be doing back flips if all the foreign policy news would have happened on his watch.

Unfortunately it happened on B.H.O.'S watch. I'm OK with that. The down side for B.H.O. is Uber-high unemployment and Uber-high sluggish economic numbers are haunting B.H.O. worse than Halloween.

The window is starting to close on B.H.O.'S presidency if he doesn't turn the mess this countries in really quick.

B.H.O.'S biggest downfall are his Socialist minions (CZARS) are giving him terrible advice, day in day out. This poor guy probably can't see straight anymore.

Less than 13  months we will find out .

Reid's Comment on Private Sector 'Doing Fine' Puts Him Out on a Limb

Harry Reid has to be living in a bubble. There is no way on earth that somebody would make such a statement if he or she was  in touch with the real world.

Unemployment is 9.1% across the Country. More people are living at or below the poverty level than ever before.

Fox News has reported Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell said Thursday that Reid’s comment is the latest evidence that “Democrats in Washington have lost all sense of balance when it comes to the size and the scope of the federal government in Washington.”

I think it's time Harry Reid gets outside the beltway and visits real America, before he makes ant more uninformed statements like he made on wednesday.

YOURS IN LIBERTY,

Bob Yeager

McConnell noted a report that showed Washington, fueled by the high salaries that government workers are receiving, is now the wealthiest area in the nation with an unemployment rate below the national average.

“So with all due respect to my friends on the other side, it’s the private sector that’s been begging for mercy,” he said. “It’s the private sector that’s being crushed by regulators in Washington. So I don’t think the solution to this crisis is to make the federal government even bigger.”

Host of NPR Show Also Serves as Spokeswoman for 'Occupy D.C.'

Here's a big surprise ! ! !

NPR, who receives Federal money to operate a liberal slanted radio station, now has a talk show host that is a spokesperson for "OCCUPY D.C." the liberal equivalent to the "TEA PARTY."

NPR, who fired Juan Williams, one of NPR's best on air personalities, because here shared his opinion on a FOX NEWS program.

Juan Williams, a liberal in his own words, but must have been way too conservative for NPR it seems.

Now that NPR is solidly linked to "THE OCCUPY GROUP," (i didn't want to go overboard and call OCCUPY an organization, because they're not !) they should lose all their Government funding.

Talk about wasting Government money, better yet,  IT'S YOUR MONEY !

'Occupy Wall Street' Reaches 1-Month Mark

OK, we all knew it would happen someday, it was just a matter of when.

The GOP has a branch on it's tree called the Tea Party. the Tea Party made history in 2010 by holding Congress's feet to the fire.

Now it's the DEM'S turn.

OCCUPY WALL ST. started about a month ago with protesters setting stage at, you guessed it, Wall St. This group of radical leftist, who despise the idea of people making money on Wall St., has for some insane reason spread like wildfire across the country.

The month-old Occupy Wall Street movement continues to grow, with nearly $300,000 in the bank and participants finding satisfaction in the widening impact they hope will counter the influence on society by those who hold the purse strings of the world's economies.

Sounds to me like they hate capitalism.
Sounds like the typical left wing fringe group to me!

For the most part, the protest action remained loosely organized and there were no specific demands, something Legba Carrefour, a participant in the Occupy D.C. protest, found comforting on Sunday.

We all knew it was only a matter of time before the liberals would have their own group of people who would rise up to challenge the lifers in D.C. We also know the bought and paid for lame stream media would be very kind to these radicals, and they are.

Obama's First 1,000 Days Marked By Federal Spending Spree, More Unemployment

WOW ! ! !.......what a bummer. What a way to mark your 1000th dayy as President of the United States.   If  I was B.H.O.,, I would have taken a sick day.

1000 days and what does he have to show for it, poverty is up, foreclosures are up, unemployment is up and debt is on the rise. And to top that off, the Country has spent 4 Trillion dollars in debt since B.H.O.  office.

The Federal Government is spending $ 6.6 million a minute on B.H.O.'S watch. The jobless rate has averaged 9.4 % between 1.20.09 and 9.30.11 and 3 million more people are living at or below the poverty level since B.H.O. office.

Not to worry B.H.O. fans's, He has a little over a year to steer the country in the rright direction.

Good luck B.H.O.

Sean Penn Says Tea Party Wants to 'Lynch' Obama ?

If you ever have had  the misfortune of visiting Los Angles, better yet, HOLLYWOOD, please don't drink the water, or the Kewl-Aid.

You could end up like Sean Penn, completely un-hinged !

It seems like every time a person in Hollywood opens their mouth,  not everyone, but the vast majority, all you here is liberal mumbo-jumbo.

Take Sean Penn for instance. Launching the latest celebrity attack on the conservative grassroots movement that has grown into a political force, Actor Sean Penn says the Tea Party wants to “lynch” President Obama,

Where do these Kewl-Aid drinking jackasses come up with this stuff ? With his unprovoked attack, Penn has joined a growing list of Hollywood stars who have criticized and hurled racial accusations at the Tea Party.

According to FOX NEWS Other stars who have charged Tea Party with racism are Bill Maher, Joy Behar, Janeane Garofalo and Jon Stewart. Actress Eva Longoria said the movement is “very dangerous because it’s not the character of America.”

FOX NEWS reported that Despite the charges, black businessman Herman Cain, who is a favorite among Tea Party activists, is a front runner in the GOP presidential field, according to several polls.
He chided Freeman and others last month for accusing the movement of racism, saying it’s unlikely they’ve ever been to a Tea Party event.“I just think it’s sad that they’re so short-sighted in really understanding what the whole Tea Party citizen movement is all about,” he told Neil Cavuto. “I’m not offended by it because it doesn’t slow down my momentum. It doesn’t slow down the reaction that I get from people.”

Hollywood has to be held accountable for their iggnorance. Maybe someday Americans will boycott Hollywood, at the very least the actors who have an ajenda.

New York City Park Owners Postpone Cleanup of 'Occupy' Camp

OK, the GOP has the Tea Party groups, (whether they like of not) most have embraced them.Let's face it, The Tea Party helped the GOP in a big way. With out the Tea Party some would argue that the GOP never would have control of the House Of  Represenitives. It is fair to believe that.

Enter the DEMS. The have their own group of hornswagglin' rabblerousers. We will call them the by ther own defination the "Occupy Wall Street gang." In all fairness whatever city or venue this group of degenerates visits they just add the prefix occupy to it. here's one example, Occupy Capitol Hill.

To put the Occupyers in the same sentence as the Tea Party is a real insult to the people who peacefully tried and exceeded at changing the course of our Government.

this disorganized mess of hoodlums make a trashy mess whereever they go, not true with the Tea party people.

I'm still trying to figure out how this group grew legs and started gaining media attention ( negetive attention at that.)

It will be interesting to see lf this group makes it to the primaries, better yet the Conventions.

I'll keep you posted.

Obama’s Primary Wish: A Divided GOP

WOW, that's a shame if the only strategy you have is you hope you opposing party self implodes, and you really can't win on your own merits after four years !

B.H.O., that is really pathetic.

So now B.H.O. thinks if he starts a mudslinging battle with Former Governor Mitt Romney (R-Mass.) it's going to get him (B.H.O) reelected. B.H.O., you are in for one Hell of a surprise ! As a soon to be former President once said, "They gave us a shellacking."

I guess B.H.O. somehow missed the news over the last few days, with N.J. Gov.Chris Christie endorsing Fmr.Gov.Romney. I would really re-tool my campaign strategy if I was the President.

But I guess he and his minions know what they're doing. (enter word CHUCKLE here.)

I suppose we will have to keep following very closely B.H.O.'S attempt to slay that GOP dragon.

Let the Speculation Begin,Christie as No. 2?

Back on 9.27.11, I made the prediction that Gov.Christie (R-NJ) would be the GOP nominee in 2012. I wasn't quite bold enough to name the #2 spot on the ticket. Good thing I didn't.

As Gov.Christie announced over the weekend that he wasn't going to run for President, he was setting the stage to endorse former Gov.Mitt Romney of Mass. as his choice for President. This would easily make Gov. Christie a n easy pick for Vice President, which would make for a very good ticket for the GOP.

The GOP think tank has been working for weeks to get Gov.Christie to run for President,He just seemed like he wanted no part of it.

And now we know why. A Romney/Christie Ticket is just what the GOP needs. Let's face it, the GOP has a wide open field, this might set the stage for a true front runner to take shape.

What ever the outcome, having Gov. Christie at your back can't be a bad thing.

Family of Al Qaeda's Samir Khan Gets 'Condolence Call' From U.S. State Department

You just can't make this kind of a story up !

"Thank You" to FOX NEWS.....

The U.S. State Department made a phone call to the family of Al Qaeda propagandist Samir Khan to offer the government's condolences on his death during a U.S. drone strike in Yemen, a department spokesman confirms.

State Department spokesman Harry Edwards confirmed to Fox News.com that a "condolence call" was made to Khan's family in Charlotte, N.C., but declined to provide further details out of respect for the family.

The phone call, which was first reported by the Charlotte Observer, happened last Thursday, a Khan family spokesman said.

"It was a pretty quick call," family spokesman Jibril Hough told Fox News.com. "They apologized to the family for not reaching out and contacting them sooner."

Khan was killed along with cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, a leader of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, during a U.S. air strike in Yemen Sept. 30.

The 25-year-old Khan first grabbed the attention of authorities when he was seen meeting with two terror suspects on New York's Long Island between 2007 and 2009, according to U.S. Rep. Peter King.

Khan, a Saudi-born man of Pakistani heritage who was a U.S. citizen, lived on Long Island before moving to Charlotte, N.C., where he began writing a pro-Al Qaeda blog from his parents' home.

In 2009, he moved to Yemen to join the terror network in the Arabian Peninsula.

Hough said the government's call came a day after the family released a statement condemning what they described as Khan's unjust "assassination."

Hough said that while Khan's father, Zafar, was "receptive" to the government's phone call, he is "pressing for answers" on the "legality" of his son's death.

He said the family wants to know why Khan was not captured and afforded due process.

"I don’t think he was in a real position within Al Qaeda," Hough said. "He was a propagandist, but outside of that we don’t know to what extent he was involved."

Hough added that he and the family tried intervention before Khan moved to Yemen, "trying to get him to use his talents in a more positive direction."

Political Connections Behind Federal Loans Like Solyndra?

Here we go again !

According to Rep. Darrell Issa R-CA, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Relations Committee, the administration's approval of a loan guarantee for solar power company Solyndra -- which went belly up shortly after a half-billion dollar investment by the federal government -- is just one example of a "breach of protocol" in approving loans.

That loan literally stinks on ice !

$4.75 billion worth of loans were handed out on the last day that the law allowed for financial backing of alternative energy firms.

"Tell us why that last day, somehow, you had everything you needed and you didn't have it over a period of time before?"that is "One of the questions we have for (Energy) Secretary (Steven) Chu."

"The request was, they have a loan application and would you please give them a yes or no," he said. "There's a big difference between sending a letter in for an existing pot of money for a program I voted against and having the ability to actually pick winners or losers, which we don't have."

Kaiser said he did not intervene on Solyndra's behalf.Several of the president's biggest backers have been tied to Solyndra, including George Kaiser, a big investor in Solyndra and a big fundraiser for the president.

There should be an investigation done to kid of clear the air here, don't you think ?

Energy Department Wanted to Give More Money to Solyndra, Emails Show

Thank you FOX NEWS for portions of this blog.

The Obama administration was considering whether to pump another $5.4 million into the failing solar panel manufacturer Solyndra in late August, according to hundreds of pages of new emails obtained by Fox News.

Now why doesn't that surprise me. This is why I believe we need to shrink our Federal Government. They just do what the want when they want, there needs to be some kind of checks and balances in our Government.

The Energy Dept. was the mastermind behind this latest boon-doggle ! The Energy Dept. is one of the items on my list to downsize our Government. We do not need an Energy Dept. It's one of many I have called for elimination.

Unfortunately, it's the citizens of this great country the will have to step up and take control of the bloated Government situation. Americans are going to have to become proactive in how this Government operates.

There are 535 people representing you in the U .S.Capitol. If they aren't doing a good job, VOTE IN SOMEONE WHO CAN !

The Tea Party movement is a good example of what can be done if people get involved in politics. This group had a tremendous effect on the 2008 election, and I bet 2012 will be the same way.

Jobless Rate Stays Stuck at 9.1 Percent Despite Uptick in Hiring

He just doesn't get it.

Or should I say they just don't get it. B.H.O., his liberal minions in the Senate and the House, even some moderate members of the GOP.

1.)  REDUCE THE SIZE OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

HOW ?, YOU ASK........

2.) ELIMINATE THE DEPTS. IN THE FEDERAL GOVT. THAT ARE BLOATING THE SIZE OF THE FED. GOVT.

3.) SUCH AS :  DEPT.OF INTERIOR,  DEPT.OF TRANSPORTATION,  FEDERAL RESERVE,

DEPT. OF EDUCATION,  THE I.R.S.

These are just a hand full of  GOVT Agencies that could be turned over to either the private sector or State and Local Governments and reduce the size of the Federal Government.

Reducing the size of our bloated Federal Government is the first step in reducing the deficit and creating new jobs.

4.) Here is another idea........GET RID OF EACH AND EVERY ONE OF B.H.O.'S CZARS ! Talk about saving money.

5.) Eliminate the current tax system and introduce, a Flat Tax, 15% on every individual, and 20 % on every Business or Corporation. NO deductions, no loopholes,  just a fair across the board Tax System.

Implementing the above five ideas would reduce the size of the Federal Government, create a fair tax system, and above all create lots of jobs

Obama Advisor Reveals Economic Toll on Obama Presidency

Frustration and anxiety are the perfect breeding ground in a bad economy and President Obama's closest advisor realizes a lot it is directed at her boss.

This happens to every President that Has a rough economy. It happened to Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton. The difference between Pres.Reagan and Pres. Clinton is they had enough experience as former Governors, and they both had strong advisers to back them up. B.H.O.doesn't have either one of those qualities to back him up

The majority of this country feel they are no better off now then they were in 2008. (that sounds so familiar.) It's my gut feeling that B.H.O. is going to get the Pres. Jimmy Carter Treatment if things do not show a turn around in the next six months. He will end up a one term President.

And I don't have a problem with that.

Mountaineer Mutiny Reveals Obama Predicament

28% , OUCH, that hurts..........

That is B.H.O.'S approval rating in West Virginia, according to Democratic firm Public Policy Polling.

That is a serious warning sign for the President. Normally I don't put a lot of stock in public opinion polls, but this is in a state that is probably the largest coal producing state for it's size in the nation.

And the current President is very much anti-coal.

Now it’s not that anyone thought that Obama was going to win West Virginia next year. Given his administration’s efforts to hobble the coal industry, it seems that the Obama team had taken the Mountain State off the table from the very start

While Democrats hold that Obama is in trouble because he lacks the political chops to face down House Republicans and connect with anxious American voters, Republicans mostly believe that Obama can’t replicate Clinton’s success because he is so ideologically rigid.

But most interesting to Power Play, it shows why Obama has embarked on an unprecedented kind of re-election bid. Obama is playing narrow, base politics with the promise of brutal attacks on his eventual opponent. Obama is also talking down the state of the nation in a bid to lower expectations for his performance. Call it the Anti-Bubba.

But Obama can’t do what Clinton did and that’s because of West Virginia and other like-minded states. There are at least six states that Clinton won in 1996 where Obama will not be competitive in 2012: Arizona, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky and West Virginia.

While the Obama team believes it can put Virginia, North Carolina and Colorado in the win column for Democrats this cycle, the six states out of reach represent 49 electoral votes, as many as New York and Pennsylvania combined.

It will be fun to watch and see how the State Primaries play out, just to see who B.H.O. gets to go up against in 2012.

Capitol Hill’s Dysfunction Long in the Making

A lot of people are asking the same question. How did Capitol Hill get to the point to where it cannot legislate anymore ?

To be honest, there is no single answer to this incredibly great question. There are many factions that went into letting our Legislative Branch get so out of hand.

First and foremost, the majority, not everyone, but the majority of both Houses of Congress either do not understand this countries Constitution or they deliberately choose to ignore it.

Second big problem, Union's and lobbyist period. If these two powerful forces were limited on the amount of influence they could put on Congress, we would have a much smoother running Congress.

Third on the list, I probably should have made this the first. The size of our Government is by all means way too big. I have written a few blogs on this subject. I'm going to pick my favorite waste of money, The Dept. of Interior. Why on God's green earth do we have this Dept. It's a waste of taxpayers money and in it's own little way affects Congress by wasting it's time and resources.

Fourth , this is a biggie, we need term limits on Congress. Plain and simple, A U.S.Senator should be able to serve 12 years, then he's done. U.S. Congressman, 8 years, if his/her constituents want them in there that long. Career politicians  get that D.C. mentality that they can do and spend what ever they want and they can not.

I could sit here all day and give you reasons why our Government in D.C. is dysfunctional. If we start with the Four examples listed above, we would be well on our way to a more productive Congress.

Fed Plan to Consolidate Power Over Nation's Power Highway Has States Nervous

The Federal Government is at it again. The Bureaucrats in Washington D.C. want to expand it's powers and mighty grip on the 50 states and the people living in them.

The Dept. of Energy, which is one of those departments that could disappear and no one would miss them, ( this Department should be eliminated to make room for a smaller Government ) along with the B.H.O. Administration, wants to give the Federal Government control over the nation's power highway, This would take away the powers of the states and local government to regulate how and where power lines would be and give that power to the FEDS.

Sounds like more SOCIALISM to me !

And we all know B.H.O. and his minion's LOVE SOCIALISM. The Federal Government has not a clue where a new power line should go. This is just another blatent attempt for B.H.O. to make the Federal Government bigger, and take away the freedoms of the State and local government, and you.

The only thing that we as a nation can do is contact our U.S. Senators and Congressmen and Congresswomen and tell them this is a bad idea, and we will remember how they voted on this issue.and that we will hold them accountable.
