To Wikileak or not to Wikileak, that is the question....

WOW ! ! !

Not too sure I even wanted to touch this hot potato at first.

Then I tuned into Judge Andrew Napoltano's show, FreedomWatch and looked at things in a  whole different perspective.

I am an avid fan of the Judge, and the show, so I follow
what he says very closely.

There is no question laws have been broken by the person or persons who stole the files from the Pentagon and the State Dept. and it's strange how an Army Private had the power to do it alone.

Once the information is passed to a legitimate  news source, it is not illegal for that news source to publish the story, If it's in the best interest of the people.

So is Wikileaks a legitimate news source, is Julian Assange a truly recognized journalists ?

If so, he exposed our Government to many misdeeds, which we have the right to know about. If our Government is acting illegally in any we need to know about it.

Wikileaks lawyers claim they went to great lengths to protect names of people with sensitive information, did they ?

Let's hope so.

This story is as controversial as they get. I myself need more answers to make a rational decision.

Bottom line is, I don't want my Government breaking laws and feeling good about it.
