A TRUE HEARTBREAKER IN JAPAN.

I can not even put it together in my mind what it must be like that you are going to die sooner rather than later.

Three weeks ago, there week 50 workers at Fukushima, that were leading normal lives. Just like you and me.Then on 3.11.11 a 9.0 level earthquake hit northern Japan. 30 minutes later, a massive tsunami hit the same region of Japan. As phones and electrical power were immediately lost,  the workers at Fukushima could not relay their impending problems to the powers that be.

Over the past three weeks, the "Fukushima 50" as they are referred to, have been battling aftershocks, fires, explosions and constant exposure to extremely high levels of radiation. they know their fate. They know that as they have been working around the clock for three weeks trying feverishly to stabilize a severely crippled nuclear power plant, their lives were gravely at risk.

These 50 heroes have a very bleak uncertain future ahead of them. For the most part they have sacrificed their lives so others could live. If this power plant would suffer meltdowns in 4 of the 6
units, I'm not sure what kind of devastating effect that would have on Japan, or the world.

That's why these 50 people did what they did, they put their Country and the world ahead of themselves in an attempt to save lives.

I hope these people are wrong, although the 50 people still trying to secure the power plant have accepted that they will die soon from radiation sickness or if long term from cancer.

Sen. Chuck Schumer D-NY : keep your big mouth shut ! ! !

This guy is really getting aggravating. He pulls a Joe Biden moment, and starts babbling in front of an open mike. What a jackass. He has his talking points and uses them constantly.

If the Government enter a stalemate in on April 8th, he has all ready blamed the Republicans for the shutdown....and it didn't even start yet !

What does that tell you. It tells me that Mr. Shumer knows his party is to blame, and if lie about something over and over again, people will start to believe it !

The Democrats are the ones who won't budge on this issue. The simple idea of spending cutting any kind of spending, is making Democrats.

Now Mr. Schumer's new tactic is to group Republicans with the Tea Party and call both groups extremeist. I think you have this one backwards Mr. Schumer, The DEM's are the extremist.

$500 MILLION SPENT SO FAR IN LIBYA, AND OUR COUNTRY IS BROKE ?

I was your average kid in High School, my curriculum was vocational, so I didn't take any fancy math classes like trigonometry or calculus. I really don't think I need that kind of math to understand we are in three wars as of today and if you want to count the border war with Mexico, that's four.

This, at best, is Democratic Fuzzy Math, an extremely complicated form of math only taught in highly secret Democratic circles. It was created by none other that financial and ecological guru Former V.P. Albert Gore, also inventor of the Internet.

  How in God's green earth can we fight four wars, (Iraq, Afghanistan, Mexico[border drug war], and Libya.) We don't even have a budget for 2011 and the debt ceiling is maxed. Congress is the Master of rob Peter to pay Paul, but Peter has broke since 2008 !

B.H.O. really better get a grip here soon ! Show this Country some true leadership. This Country can not keep spending money like it's growing on trees. The only war we need to be involved in is the Border war with Mexico. We need to bring our sons and daughters home from Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya......NOW ! ! !

B.H.O. : A FOLLOWER , NOT A LEADER.................

It's sad, a country as strong and proud a the United States, only real Super Power left in the world, could or would elect such a weak Follower not a Leader.

After taking a good beating from the Press, (very unusual) B.H.O. finally responded to the
humanitarian crisis in Libya .He passed the buck to the U.N. For the tongue-tied White House, this was a joint tactic. Now the President must act.

The White House more than likely expected a stalemate, which would have allowed them to do nothing..

David Brooks of the New York Times, wrote a column  questioning B.H.O."S motives He discounted the idea that the President was caving in to political expediency, noting that that was not like B.H.O.

I do not agree..issue after issue B.H.O.has flip flopped according to the poll numbers of the day.Take offshore drilling, against it when chumming with the tree huggers, for it while under pressure to create jobs, against it again during the Deepwawater Horizon oil spill and for it again when gasoline prices started to spike. B.H.O. is pinched and squeezed by every political calculation.

B.H.O. is so  out of touch with mainstream America, that he can't follow his own convictions. It would be political suicide if he did. The  few times he tried this, speaking from the gut, he would end up in trouble.

When he spoke about the U.S.as being exceptional, only to the extent that citizens elsewhere viewed their there nations in the same light, B.H.O.manifested a serious disconnect with most Americans' pride in their Country.

When B.H.O goes off script, he has raised red flags with middle Americans. the sa people he needs to win re-election in 2012.(no wonder he sleeps with his Tele-prompter.) This is why  he depends on polling and political  calculus for guidance.

Unfortunately, this means our Country is today rudderless. We do not have a strong foreign policy, but instead jump from one approach to the next, depending on the administration's read of public opinion.

Sadly, B.H.O.'S dependence on political calculus also leads to stalemate in trying to solve our nations budget problems-a possibly more damaging arena. B.H.O. had called for a bipartisan commission to offer up ways we could stop the flow of red ink either the problem or the recommended solutions.

Even B.H.O.'s Democratic colleagues have complained that he will not lead..He won't, because tackling our unsustainable long-term entitlements is dangerous. The only way this White House will take on this budget battle.is if voters across the land demand progress.

I believe the people of this Country demonstrated their demand for progress last November !

GODSPEED, GERALDINE !.......YOU WILL BE MISSED.

As a dyed in the wool Conservative Republican, I did not support the Mondale/Ferraro ticket in 1984. although nit was fun watching history being made. For the first time in U.S. History, there was a woman on the Presidential Ticket.

Now most people were probably taken aback by this, me on the other hand, found it quite intriguing. I might be a Constitutional Conservative, I try to have an open mind when the situation presents itself.

Ms. Ferraro brought spark to the campaign, It would be hard to argue that President Reagan was a shoe in to win a second term, so Ms. Ferraro gave the campaign some energy it would not have had without her.

America has lost a true American Icon. As my prayers go out to her family today, I want to thank Rep.Geraldine Ferraro D-NY for her contributions she gave to her Country and to women in general.

I believe that we will have a woman President some day, and when we do we will all be thinking of Geraldine. !  As I said before, Godspeed, Geraldine !

OBBAMASCARE STRATGEY MAY COST OBAMA RE-ELECTION

With all the false assumptions put into delaying OBAMASCARE, all the smoke and mirrors could end up costing him his re-election.

President Obama tried using one old trick of political wisdom, pushing off the least appealing elements of OBAMASCARE until after the 2012 election.

But on OBAMASCARE'S one year anniversary of passage into law, this savvy, cynicl,  gambit is looking less intelligent. B.H.O and the DEM"s frontloaded the bill with goodies such as, young adults staying on their parents healthcare until age 26, free money for senior's drug bills.

The DEM'S and B.H.O. thought all the controversary would vaporize once voters saw there was little to fear from a plan that was famous for cutting Medicare, increasing taxes and rationing care.

This plan basically lulled formerly skeptical independents into possibly helping re-elect B.H.O.

As B.H.O.'S re-election efforts get underway, though, the shrewdness of backloading all of the most controversial and expensive parts of this plan look dubious for a few reasons.

 First, while the economy is barley improving, it's still shaky, B.H.O. hasn't been able to lay claim to progress. B.H.O.'S jobs plan with new spending on railroads and green energy programs was D.O.A . in the newly divided and dept-conscious C.ongress. Although the PR push was still seenas a campaign ploy for B.H.O.'S re-election campaign.

The false assumption here is one familar to most presidential administrations. The White House has the bully pulpit ,but administrations overestimate their ability to "drive the discussion." Incumbent presidents have many advantages at election time, but the big disadvantage is they can't run on promises and must run on records.The second proplem with the delayed implementation of OBAMASCARE is the uncertainy it has sewn.

THE REPUBLICANS FINALLY SEE THE "LIGHT".

Buyers beware, the 60 cent 100 watt incandescent light bulb,will be replaced by a $3.40 fluorescent more energy efficient bulb om 01.01.12. keep in mind the new bulbs are supposed to last 6 to 10 times longer, but the new bulbs do have some issues.

The first thing I want  to point out here is the Government is making decisions for us again, force feeding us these bulbs to us whether we like them or not. There are actually Republicans on the Hill that trying to overturn the Energy  Idependence and Security Actof 2007.

 U.S. Rep.Joe Barton R-TX, sais the new bulbs pose a health risk beecausethey contain a small amount of mercury. The EPA has posted a list of clean-up instructions, in case one of the new bulbs breaks.

A clean-up list for a light bulb ? Here it is :

* have people and pets leave the room.

* air out the room for 5-10 minutes.

* shut off heatjng/or A/C system.

* be through cleaning up glass and visible powder.

* place clean-up material in a sealable container.

* put all bulb debris and clean-up materials outdoors in a trash containeror protected area.

*continue to air out the room where the bulb was broken.

* leave the heating/or A/C system shut-off for several hours

WOW ! all this if  you break a light bulb, which the Government says is better for you !

I'm going to go out and round up as many of the old bulbs I can get my hands on.

Sen.Claire McCaskill D-Mo, EVER HEAR OF TURBO TAX ! ! !

Just when I thought I was running out of things to blog about. A Democrat comes to my rescue !
There is only so much you can write about when it comes to Japan, then Middle East, Tax fiasco's Etc.
people get tired of reading the same old stuff.

Then comes Sen. Claire McCaskill, a woman who is not shy when it comes to speaking her mind, she was quoted as saying in her 2006 bid for senate "If my walk doesn't match my talk, then shame on me and don't ever vote for me again."

OUCH !....  I think she bit herself in the butt on that one !

Her tax debacle all centers around a plane her and her MILLIONAILE husband own, seems they owe the Government  $287,273 in taxes on the plane. That's the amount of taxes she has failed to pay on the plane.

Now keep in mind that the Senator was a one time auditor, so to save face she have taken full responsibility for the slip up, very good idea !

She also reimbursed the Federal Government $89,000 for 89 flights she took on her plane and billed to the taxpayers. HOW NICE !

My question is and always will be, how much of this crap goes on that we don't know about.

I hope the people in Sen.McCaskill's district have the courage and common sense to vote her out of office in 2012. She has abused her office and needs to pay the price for it ! KICK HER OUT !

JAPAN : A VERY STRONG WILLED NATION

As our prayers continue to go out to the citizens of Japan, none of us know what the true outcome will be of the triple disaster they suffered 10 days ago. One can only wonder what these people are really going through.

The suffering and the uncertainty has to be borderline unbearable. Thank God Japan is not a weak nation. They are probably one of the strongest willed nations on earth. They are a proud, hard working nation that's not afraid to get their hands dirty.

It will take them some time, and some real elbow grease........they will get the job done.

My biggest worry is the nuclear devastation that they face. Drinking water sources are contaminated, also some of the food that they grow is being compromised. I'm sure with help from it's world neighbors, they will get this issue resolved too.

Japan has rose from the ashes before, I know they can do it again.

FINALLY, SOMEBODY GETS IT !

I could not believe the entire city of Washington D.C. was a sleep.

Rep. Mike Ross D-Arkansas has helped introduce a resolution calling on the White House to re-start off shore drilling.

I can't believe a Democrat thought of this before a Republican !

I hope B.H.O takes this resolution seriously, we have all ready lost 12 drilling rigs, they moved to Brazil. How many more rigs do we need to lose until B.H.O. realizes 400,000 jobs are at risk here,  that's a lot of jobs to hand to another country.

B.H.O. has another idea, really designed for a true emergency, which we will have eventually if he doesn't start leading this county. B.H.O. wants to open this countries Strategic Oil Reserves. The reserve holds 727 million barrels of oil, which would equal two months of driving. To tap into the reserve at this point would not have a huge long term effect on the U.S.

Unless this country wants to spend $5-$8 on a gallon of gasoline, we all better start pressureing  Washington D.C. to start drilling for oil here at home. On land, off shore, in Alaska.  If we don't, we will be facing a situation we don't waant to face.

LIBYA : A TRUE DOUBLE - EDGED SWORD.

America just can't win, staying out of trouble that is.

We are like that cool kid in school who would step in the middle of a cafeteria fight, just to get the bully to stop picking on the less aggressive kid that was trying to keep his lunch money.

As of this morning , we are in a third war,  fourth if you count the border war with Mexican Drug Lords.

On the one edge of the sword, we are more or less expected to help innocent people of the world, against heartless dictators. That would be fine if we had the resources to do it, like money. Unfortunately, money is something we are lacking.

We will be borrowing money to send missiles into Libya. Speaking of Libya, here's a country that at one point in time would shake if one of our Naval Ships started to get close to their shores. They knew if they stepped out of line , we would be there to correct it. today, like many countries, Libya does not respect us, that's a direct result of our Leadership. It's weak. and the world knows it.

On the other edge of the sword, Col. Muammar al-Qaddafi,  the dictator of Libya, is brutally killing rebels who are trying to overthrow him. So here in lies the problem. Should we be there or not. Technically , our Congress should be answering that question, Our Constitution states that Congress should determine when our men go to war. Unfortunately our Congress is still trying to pass a budget they should have passed last September.

Whether we should be there is not for me to say, time will tell if we did the right thing or not. I will say this, I hope we don't get muddled down in another hopeless war. This Country would not stand for it.

NPR GETS THUMBS DOWN FROM HOUSE OF REPRESENITIVES

Every now and then, if you wait long enough, good things can come out of Washington D.C.

NPR received it's just desserts.The House of Representatives vetoed the bill to fund NPR 228-192. this is a big win for the citizens of the U.S., who's taxpayer money was funding a very left wig operation, so much so, they fired a liberal correspondent Juan Williams, who worked part time for Fox News.

This type of bias can not be tollerated by a radio station supported by taxpayer dollars.

It's a refreshing change to see the house getting some kind of work done. Now let's see if we can get  a real budget passed for 2011 and 2012, put a permanent cap on the dept ceiling and trim our debt by a substancial aamount.

If the house were to gret this work accomplished, we'd be well on our way in restoring hope in our Government.

HOW WOULD WE HANDLE JAPAN'S TRIPLE DISASTER IF IT HAPPENED HERE ?

Tomorrow marks a week since the devastation that consumed Japan, has changed that country for at least a lifetime. The turmoil caused by the nuclear devastation will be felt at least a lifetime.

I started to think about our friends in Japan, and again my heartfelt prayers go out to the people over there, I started to wonder, if we were to suffer the same kind of triple disaster, would we and could we handle it ?

Japan's economy is severely compromised, it was before last Friday, which is only going to make matters worse. One can only guess how long and if Japan will ever truly fully recover. It's pre-disaster economic woes could hamper that.

Back to the United States, we've had disasters, like Katrina,  but nothing matches the severity that Japan has felt.

Here is a scary scenario. Diablo Canyon, a nuclear power plant located near Los Angeles and San Deigo, in a "perfect storm scenario" A 9.0quake positioned at the right place, a mind boggleing tsunami, and a crippled nuclear reactor could create a situation for the U.S. that it might not be able to recover from.

The over burdened economic climate in this country, could not handle such a tradgedy. Maybe NOW is the time to get our fiscal house in order. That's right, no one is listening, at least in Washington D.C.

If we ever have our own 3/11, I hope we look back to this week and somehow prepared for it.

IT'S TIME TO ELIMANATE THE DEPT.OF ENERGY AND STEPHEN CHU ! ! !

Does the name Stephen Chu ring a bell to you ?

Make it a house hold name !

HE THINKS GASOLINE SHOULD BE  THREE TIMES THE PRICE IT IS NOW, AND THAT WOULD BE A GOOD THING !

I say a public lynching is in order.

Mr.Chu made the comments back in 2008 before B.H.O. taggeed him for Energy Secretary. (GREAT PICK OBAMA) !

Chu's theory was that tripling American gasoline prices would bring our prices more in line with European levels.

Huh ?

It would also lead Americans to purchase more fuel efficient and electric cars.( YEA, MORE UGLY CARS LIKE THE TOTOTA PRIUS, NO THANKS )!

Ya know, if i want to go purchase a 2012 CAMARO ZL1 WITH 550 H.P., living in the land of the free, I think I should be able to do just that ! I do not want old Mr.Chu or B.H.O. telling me what kind of rice burner to by !

This countey better damn well wake up and wake up soon, or the only choice you will have to make is "do you really want to live another day in a country that makes all the decisions for you" !

RHINOS VS. CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICANS

When Rep. John Boehner (R-Ohio) was nominated Speaker of the House, I thought, this is great, finally some real leadership in the House after four years of Ms.Pelosi and her wrecking ball crew.

Well it didn't take long to find out that Mr.Boehner is one more RHINO, (Republican In Name Only). Showing no leadership whatsoever, voting every two weeks for CR's to keep the Government afloat, willing to raise the\debt ceiling, everything that a true conservative is against.

The Tea Party Freshman are all ready frustrated they don't have leadership with the stones to tell the DEM"S, we're done spending, let's start cutting, or at least only spend what we take in.

I wish, and I'm too much of a realist to think it will happen, I wish the Tea Party would organize nationwide, and put together a Presidential ticket for 2012. Dick Armey/Sarah Palin sounds good.
Something must happen soon, the DEM"S and the GOP still seem like one party. They want the same things.

More debt and Big Government !

I NEED TO KNOW WHY DEM'S & THE GOP HAVE DIFFERENT CONCEPTS OF BASIC MATH AND ECONOMICS 101

Want to give me an instant migraine, says the words "DEBT CEILING" or "BUDGET CRISIS". Glenn Beck use to want to wrap his head in duct tape when he was frustrated so his head wouldn't explode. I fully uderstand that. I WANT SOME DUCT TAPE !

To raise the debt ceiling, would be to continue raising the debt.......How hard is that to understand ? Seriously, am I missing something ? This Nation brings in a certain amount of revenue a month, live on that, don't spend any more, PERIOD !

I have to do this in my house, the FED'S should have to do it in theirs. Let's face it, their are so many areas of the Government that could be trimmed .

Start by eliminating the unconstitutional Federal Reserve System eliminate The Departments of Education and Department of Interior.

Anything Pres.Teddy Roosevelt or Pres.Woodrow Wilson implemented, ELIMINATE !
we can survive without raising the Debt Ceiling !

The 2011 Budget was to go into effect 9.30.10...........it's 3.14.11, we are two weeks shy of being 6 months overdue ! WHAT'S THE PROBLEM CONGRESS ! NOW WE ARE DOING TWO AND THREE WEEK CONTINUING RESOLUTIONS !

Congress, get together and pass a budget, that's what we hired you to do. Just to let you know THE 2012 BUDGET IS DUE IN  6 MONTHS !

26 % of my readers are from outside the U.S. , I am most proud of this statistic. I take great pride in writhing my blog. It's controversial by nature because it's political, so it's not for everybody, but I really put my heart in it.

Thank You to everyone who has read my blog at least once. Our political views might be different, bur if you read my blog at least once, we agree that politics is important !

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR , YOU JUST MIGHT GET IT.

Did anyone one ever say that to you ? It's been used on me, and if you think about it, it's good advice.

It could be said, and yes I'm going to say it, both Politicians and voters alike should heed this warning. Making major decisions without due diligence, is both dangerous and sloppy.

Taking the role as President of the United States is a daunting, thankless task at best. Their are certain people in this world and this country, that think a global government is in order. one ruling power for the whole planet. Personally I don't see this happening, this is an enormous planet with hot spots everywhere.
It's just not feasible in my mind.

This brings me back to being President Of the United States. It's probably the closest we will ever get to a global government. We are the only Super Power nation in the world. the rest of the world looks to us in time of need. Japan is a good example. They are a very proud and self sufficent nation, and when they were dealt with a triple disaster this week, we offered our help and the accepted it. We have some monumental resourses at our beck and call and we were there to help.

As President of the United States, your phone can ring at 3 a.m. and there could be a big mess to handle, is our President up to the challenge ? (Heard that line before)? B.H.O. is halfway through his first term, not only do I think he's not up to the challenge, I honestly don't think he likes his job, that's not to say he won't run again, he will, he likes the power, not the job.

He recently told a large newspaper, "It would be easier to be president of China". I'm not sure that's an exact quote. He's right, he would have a Dictatorship where everyone would have to listen to him, or they could be beheaded. He doesn't have that luxury here in the U.S.

When B.H.O. was running for President of the only Super Power on the planet, I really don't think he knew what he was in for. First, he doesn't like the fact that we are a Super Power, yet he loves big government. Second , he does not want to be engaged in the day to day situations of being President. He doesn't like to make the big decisions, and that's scarey. In Foreign Relations, he shys away from issues like Libya and Egypt. If it's a photo opp, he's right there for it.

The oil crisis, where has he been up to last Friday.

The office of President of the United States is not a learn as you go position, Pres. Jimmy Carter proved that,  I believe the temptation of power got the best of B.H.O.

This country is a big community to organize, and that's the only experience he has.

HOWN MANY OTHER STATES WILL EXPERIENCE THE "WISCONSIN SYNDROME".

Unions are not quite as popular as Unions would like you to believe they are. Especially the public service unions.

Seven states, Tennessee, Colorado, New Hampshire, Michigan, Idaho, Ohio and Indiana all could follow Wisconsin in battling Public Service Unions to bring down excess spending in state budgets, trimming out of control benefits packages and bring to an end the collect bargaining powers of the Unions.

HOPEFULLY the protesters won't resort to ANARCHY, the way the protesters did in Wisconsin, that was not very American.

Let's face it, the Unions have become way too powerful over the years.And by having the union workers dues money to play with, the Unions have then means to hire Lobbyists, (ANOTHER SORE SUBJECT) !, to influence the politicians

Unions are nothing more that a corrupt arm of a corrupt political system.

Doe's it benefit you as a parent when a teacher goes on strike for more excessive benefits and you have to find alternative plans to have someone  take care of your child ?

And to add to that I think a teachers pay should be based on merit, not on seniority. I know a lot of  teachers thatn would recieve automatic pay raises becuase of their Union cards, that would not get certifaction  to home school their own children.

It's time for Politicians to tell the Lobbists and Unions to keep their money and put these Socialist clowns in their place.

This is not the 1930's, if you do your job and do it well, and you work for a good company, you don't need a Union ! I did it for 30 years.

Unions are safety nets for people that want job securiety and outragious benifits. Both which are very unrealistic.

AS WE PRAY FOR JAPAN..................

As we all know, this is a Political blog site.

When Mother Nature takes over and shows us who the real boss is, politics goes to the back burner. Our problems in our country seem small. At this point we must center our attention and our prayers to our friends in the Pacific Rim.

Japan suffered a double dose of tragedy. First an 8.9 magnitude earthquake, then a massive tsunami hit the country, causing double devistation. This has put out a tsunami warning as far as the West Coast of the U.S. and put 20 countries on alert.

Kinda makes you wonder if somebody is trying to tell us something.

The part of Japan this hit is 14 hours ahead of the east coast of the U.S..The hit Japqn at 2:46 P.M..Japan time, 12:46 A.M. EST.

Let us as a Nation pray, for our friends in Japan.

WISCONSIN : GOV. SCOTT WALKER SHOULD CALL IN THE NATIONAL GUARD

As I am writing this post, 11.45 am EST, the State House in Wisconsin is in lockdown. The Union Activeist Thugs have stormed the building so fast , the police can't even check these people for guns. An Assembly vote has been put on hold until the State House is deemed safe.

The State Senate, with one lone Democrat, voted 8-1 last evening to strip the Public Unions of Collictive Bargianing Rights, settingn off an angry mob of demonstraters.

To make this vote legal, The Republicans had to split the budget portion from the union rights portion from the proposed bill.

This stalmate has been looming for three weeks ,with the State Democrats hiding in Illinois. The State Senate Republicans voted Wednesday to fine the Democrats $100 @ day for each day they miss of the legislative session, which end tomorrow, very symbolic.

If anyone had a chance to see the pictures of the mess the Union Protesters left the last time they were kicked out of the State House, Gov.Walker would be smart to call in the National Guard before there is nothing but a big pile of rubble.

NPR DOES NOT DESERVE TAXPAYERS HARD EARNED MONEY !

NPR, the Federal Government's Liberal radio station, should lose all public funding. NPR claims their take from taxpayers is roughly 2%, (EST. to be $436,000 on 9.30.05). That amount sounds purposely low to me, but that's just me.


Any public money taken from NPR could be put towards bringing down the National Debt.
Why am I Hell bent on stripping NPR of their public funds ? NPR is a very Liberal in their thinking and broadcasting. Ron Schiller, a senior executive at NPR, claims the Tea Party is "seriously racist", a liberal bomb throwing, he also claimed he thought that liberals might be, as a whole , more educated than conservatives.

See where I'm coming from ?

Schiller went on to describe the Tea Party as "white , middle aged, gun-toteing America and he also described the Tea Party as the "anti- intellectual" component of the Republican Party !

Again, see what I'm talking about ?

Another quote from Schiller :" Liberals today might be more educated, fair and balanced than conservatives".

All this hot air from a Senior Executive from NPR. A taxpayer funded, Government fixture.

Now word has it that if public funding is pulled from NPR, NPR is working with the FCC and B.H.O.to moniter Conservative Talk shows and fine them if they are not fair and balanced, and giving the money to guess who ?

You got it ....NPR !

Congress needs to put a stop to this nonsense !

WOW!...WE ALL KNEW THIS WAS COMING, LOTS OF FUZZY MATH!

We all new OBAMASCARE was a flower waiting to bloom, and it just did!  This fine piece of work that Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said, "We'd have to pass it before we could read it", is a model of Democrats working at what they do best: STEAL FROM THE AMERICAN PUBLIC!

At a hearing on Capitol Hill last Wednesday, Kathleen Sebelius, U.S. Sec. of H.H.S., openly admitted to double-counting in the OBAMASCARE BUDGET.  It seems she was using $500 BILLION to pay for MEDICARE and OBAMASCARE at the same time.  I wonder if Timothy Geitner needs help with his TAXES this year.  The IRS should take a long hard look at hers.

Then to dump gasoline on the fire, Rep. Michelle Bachmann (R-MINN), is calling on Congress to block $105 BILLION in OBAMASCARE money.

"WHY"?, you ask.  Rep. Bachmann claims the money was unfairly "BAKED" into the law and she is threatening to leverage a must pass budget bill to ensure Congress strips BILLIONS of dollars from the OBAMASCARE BILL.

Apparently, no one knew that Harry Reid, Ms. Pelosi, and B.H.O. stuffed the $105 BILLION into the bill, WHAT A BOMBSHELL!

Rep. Bachmann is demanding the money be taken to pay for the next "short term" budget bill.

Rep. Bachmann said part of the bill would give HHS Sec. Kathleen Sebelius a $16 BILLION SLUSH FUND that would allow her to do "whatever she wants to do with the money"!

Yes, she is the same person who made the $500 BILLION BOO BOO in the OBAMASCARE BILL!

2012 CANNOT GET HERE SOON ENOUGH.  WE CAN'T LET THIS GUY RUN THE COUNTRY INTO THE GROUND FOR ANOTHER FOUR YEARS.

THE WISCONSIN DEBACLE ! ! !

First, I know I'm beating a dead horse here..........it seems like there might be a total of four or five news stories circulating around, they are all dead horeses, because nobody wants to take care of them. I feel like I'm in the movie Groundhog Day, and every day I write about the same thing. Nature of the Beast I suppose.

Ok, I'm down off my soap box now.

Two thing must happen in Wisconsin really quick ! Somebody should teach those Union supporting pigs how to clean up after themselves. I was watching TV over the weekend and was horrified at the mess they made at the State House. Is this how these degenerates live at home.......REALLY ?

These discusting jackasses are still dragging their knuckles outside the State House, they should be immediately arrested and made to clean up their mess ! Then throw their sorry asses in jail for public littering !

Second problem, the 14 DEMOCRATS ( correct number ? ) that took up residence in Illnois should be declared non-citizens of Wisconsin, thrown out of office immediately, if not sooner, and hold emergency elections to fill their vacancies. That would fix that problem..

At that point Wisconsin could got about it's daily business, fixing their financial crisis.

I think I would make a good politician, don't ya think !

We have come to accept the very corruptions our forefathers warned against, until now we stand at the threshold of a tyranny not unlike that which fired the crucible of our founding: Constitutional rights have been granted to foreign enemy combatants while the groundwork has been quietly laid to strip these same rights from US citizens; fiscal policies have suppressed the economy and increased dependency on government while assuring extreme rates of taxation as well as hyperinflation; Muslims have been lauded while Christians routinely get lectured and browbeaten; campaigns to subvert our freedom of speech have been paid for with tax dollars; and the votes of elected officials have been purchased with special perks and exemptions. These are just a few of the many insults to our Constitution and rights. If we take one more step, if we fail to step back, we risk ceding our Unalienable Rights to those moneyed international interests whose prolonged meddling betrays a deep rooted intent to dissolve the United States and absorb her remains into a global socialist government.

Cut Government Waste and Reform Finances and Taxation by:

Educating all citizens on the full extent of our financial crisis while taking immediate steps to cut losses and control spending:

1.Repeal unimplemented portions of the stimulus bills and reabsorb unspent stimulus funds to directly reduce debt.

2.Halt any further debt increase and set a timeline to reel it back down.

3.De-fund and dismantle departments and agencies that are un-Constitutional.

4.Cut pay to all elected officials by fifty percent.

5.Cut Congressional support staff by fifty percent.

6.Cut pay to remaining support staff by twenty-five percent.

7.Eliminate Czars and executive appointments that circumvent Constitutional sanction.

8.Phase out pension plans for elected officials.

Requiring our government to adopt pay-as-we-go spending-rules based on fair and just taxation: All Federal, State, and local taxes, when added together from cradle to grave, must never exceed forty-nine percent of a citizen’s total lifetime income. Any more is slavery. And forty-nine percent is too high except during a declared national emergency. Otherwise, twenty-five percent keeps better faith with our heritage.

Adopting simplified and transparent tax codes.

Auditing the privately run, credit-based money system operated by the Federal Reserve and returning monetary policy and control to transparent, sovereign, and Constitutional authority.

Reform Energy, Environmental, and Economic Policies by:

Basing decisions on hard science and national security, not models and marketing.

Developing policies that embrace real-world economics to build a bridge to the future without cutting off our past at the knees:

1.Migrate in measured incremental steps from fossil fuels to alternatives.

2.Develop fossil and nuclear resources following strict environmental safeguards.

3.Re-focus environmental efforts onto experimentally demonstrable problems and away from antagonism.

Prohibit Federal Entry Into the Private Sector by:

Disallowing Federal ownership of any business or enterprise that provides goods and services to the public.

Promoting the “Separation of Corporation and State” to curb “Corporatism” when it conflicts with national sovereignty.

Protect the 1st and 2nd Amendments by:

Reaffirming freedom of speech and the means to defend it against all enemies, foreign and domestic. A free people must never surrender their last means of defense against corruption in government, and a just government never need fear reprisal.

Restoring respect for the meaning of words by pushing back when traditional definitions are twisted beyond reason to suit political agendas.

Rejecting the intolerance of “political correctness.”

Reaffirming the predominant influence that shaped our country was Natural Law as filtered through Christianity. Our Forefathers espoused separation of church and state, but they dreaded separation from the inherent moral imperatives of Religion. These imperatives are essential to binding a free and responsible society: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” In so far as any religion holds to these truths, we embrace that religion.

Removing all Federal encumbrance upon responsible citizens to own and carry guns.

Restore National and States’ Sovereignty by:

Withdrawing from international treaties and rescinding executive orders that compromise national sovereignty – the integrity of the US Constitution.

Requiring treaties and agreements that could impact national sovereignty to be ratified in the same manner as a Constitutional Amendment.

Repealing bench-rulings citing international law and re-trying those cases according to strict US law.

Securing our borders.

Honoring our immigrant roots by prohibiting illegal aliens from becoming US Citizens without fully conforming to the path taken by those who came to the United States legally.

Requiring photo ID and Proof of Citizenship to enter a voting booth.

Reconstituting states’ rights by repealing all laws that overstep the 9th and 10th Amendments.

Reform Foreign Policy by:

Recognizing the need to participate in global initiatives, but not at the expense of national sovereignty unless said initiative is debated and ratified as a Constitutional amendment.

Committing to consistently strengthen friendships with allies; cultivate cooperation with non-aligned nations; and remain steadfast in opposition to tyranny.

Re-committing to diplomacy first, but never as the only resort.

Reform Article II of the Constitution by:

Adopting term limits of eight years or two consecutive terms in any one office, with a maximum of sixteen years combined for an individual to hold elected and/or appointed office.

Reducing the term of a US Senator to four years.

Requiring anyone holding or seeking public office to provide public access to those documents – including long-form birth certificates – which irrefutably prove eligibility for said office.

Galvanize the “4th Branch of Government” by:

Promoting the “Separation of State and Journalism” to curtail agenda-driven reporting, cultivate objective information brokers, and restore the sacred trust bequeathed to journalists.

Restoring the will to be good citizens:

1.Encourage demonstrably factual awareness of issues and candidates as prerequisite to voting. Success would obviate the need for term limits.

2.Re-instill pride in self-reliance. Even the most disadvantaged can try to dig themselves out. Just the trying will elicit support.

3.Promote giving from the goodness of our hearts, not because bureaucrats write a mandate. Giving from the heart encourages community; legislated charity breeds resentment.

Offering age-appropriate programs and courses within public schools to rebuild awareness and rekindle respect for the principles and tacit responsibilities enumerated in our Founding Documents.

Curb Political Dynasties and Promote Citizen Politicians by:

1.Prohibiting any elected office from being passed to a direct relative of an incumbent.

2.Prohibiting relatives of an incumbent from running for his or her office within less than two full terms of that incumbent’s departure from said office.

3.Prohibiting elite benefits programs,including health and retirement plans.

Reaffirming that all laws apply equally to all citizens, and that elected officials are citizens first and foremost.

Restore Constitutional Checks and Balances by:

Removing judges who legislate from the bench.

Prohibiting the Executive Branch from overstepping its Constitutional authority:

1.The President shall not have the authority to absorb agencies into his or her purview or to create entirely new agencies without super-majority approval from Congress.

2.The President shall make no appointments to budgetary positions without majority approval from Congress.

3.Neither the President nor Congress shall have any authority to extend Constitutional protections and privileges to non-US Citizens or to withhold these protections from US Citizens.

Improving government transparency:

1.Discourage closed-door Congressional sessions.

2.Prohibit passage of any bill prior to a thirty-day public review period.

3.Adopt a formal mechanism to collect public comments.

4.Allow two weeks from the close of comments to make changes.

5.Re-post final draft and allow one week for final public comments.

Prohibiting Congress from circumventing inconvenient dissent through the manipulation of parliamentary procedures.

Requiring Congressional legislators to enumerate, within the body of their legislation, where in the Constitution they find authority and justification for proposing said legislation.

Providing mechanisms for a minority of not less than thirty-three percent of Congress, or a simple majority of States’ Governors, to challenge the Constitutionality of any proposed legislation and request an assessment from the US Supreme Court.

Repealing and/or sun-setting all laws that are un-Constitutional
Condemning arrest and indefinite detention based on suspicion as un-Constitutional.

Setting strict ethics requirements and finance limitations for lobbying and fund raising.

Prohibiting Federal agencies from issuing defacto laws via mandates that circumvent proper legislative procedures and citizen participation.

THE SUPREME COURT IS WAY OUT OF ORDER ! ! !.........

This Is absolutely insane......REALLY!

The Executive branch is Socialist/Communist.

The Legislative branch is for the most part a bunch of Gutless Wonders, afraid to stand up or even read our Constitution.

Now we have a Judaical branch that, aside from Justice Samuel Alito Jr., should all be Impeached !

If the Supreme Court, 8 out of 9 of them can't recognize the difference between Malice, Slander, Defamation of Character and Freedom of Speech, then this beautiful country of ours is lost.

The so called church that won the Supreme Courts decision, is Guily of Malice, Slander and Defamation of Character. how anyone can call it anything else is beyond me.

And to do it at the Funerals of our Fallen Soldiers, is ludecrist.

Just  a note, I did not name the church behind these evil deeds, they get way too much publicity already. I had to think twice before I wrote this blog, I really didn't want them to have anymore publicity.

I cherish the Freedom of Speech, although what this "Devil's church" is doing is yelling FIRE ! in a crowded movie theatre. It make's no sense.

They, (the people of this "Devil's church), will have to meet their maker someday. Justice will be served then.

4.15.11 : ANOTHER REASON TO CELEBRATE............

Well, here we go again.

The government use to only attack us once on April 15th, now it seems they will have a second chance. That is the day the Treasury Department is estimating the current Debt Ceiling, $14.3 TRILLION, could be met.

Actually it could happen anytime between April 15th and May 31st.

When it does happen, and it will, the Rpublicans hopefully will remember how they landed in office. One of their solemn promises was not to raise the DEBT. Remember, this Country doesn't have a revenue problem, it has a spending problem.  Raising the Debt Ceiling would increase the spending problem !

If this Government can't live on the $$$ it collects every month in tax revenues, then we need 535 new faces in congress !

GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN MIGHT NOT BE A BAD THING............

Did the Democrats let us in on a secret by mistake? the last thing in the world the DEM"S would want to do is shrink our excessively bloated Government. What is being exposed here is the inadvertent byproduct of a Gov't shutdown is Americans will see how many Federal jobs they can do without.

Think about it, a Shutdown would automatically streamline the Federal Government. The government would be slimmmed down to a more useful level. 86% of the Education Dept. would be sent home, a bureaucratic boondoggle that should be closed down today !

After analzying my post from yesterday, 1/3  of the Federal Government could disappear, and no one would know the difference,

The Democrat's don't want you to know this or the would loose their super-sized bureaucratic machine. This is why they are resorting to their scare tatics and blaming a shutdown on the GOP.

Think about it , a Federal Government with 1/3 the size trimmed off of it. That's what I call budget savings !

I actually started to get a migraine when I sat down to read the BLOCKBUSTER REPORT put ot by the GAO (Government Accountability Office).
It is basically Government waste By the Numbers, A Report that Shows Dozens of Overlapping Programs.

I'm going to share a few pages of the GAO"S report with  you, keep in mind this is a 344 page report.

BEGINNING OF THE END FOR UNIONS ???

When a private sector union bargains with a company for  more money or benefits for it's workers, the money would be coming out of the companies bottom line. They basically know how much they can afford to give up.

When the public sector unions bargains with the government entity be it the Federal Gov't, State, County or Local Gov't, the revenues are coming out of the tax payers pockets, so the different agencies are not as frugal as a private entity would be.

This outlandish practice has brought us to the current situation. A financially broken Gov't. It also has left a mess in the private sector.

Companies like General Motors, Chrysler, Ford Etc. have to price themselves out of the market when they are strong armed into unrealistic Union Deals where the employees health insurance and retirements are paid for. They are just built into the price of the car.

In the Public Sector the Union over spending is added to the Budget Deficits, hence the Wisconsin situation.


And to top it off, you have AFL-CIO Union Boss Richard Trumka, who sees the Union as a socialist vehicle.

We do not need any socialist vehicle's in this country ! ! ! And we don't need Union Boss's who are SOCIALIST. It's no wonder why the Unions are in bed with Barack Hussein Obama. This kind of attitude from a Union Leader will bring down the Union's faster than anything.

Not that I would mind, of course !
