It took one day shy of two weeks.........and a prominent politician in Wasington D.C. proved a point I was trying to make.
On 01.17.11, I posted a blog about how well citizens and Government officals knew The Constitution and other political documents.
On Sunday, Sen. Charles Schumer, went on CNN'S State of the Union program to let his Republican colleagues know that the U.S. Government had Three Branches of Government, The Senate, The House of Represenatives, and the Executive Branch.
HUH ??????
I think Sen. Schumer should sign up for Rep. Michelle Bachmann's Constitution course for the Freshman Congressman in the house.
Chuck ! We ( the U.S. ) have a Judical Branch, The House & Senate are one Branch (Legislative). Just for the record, you are part of the Legislative Branch.
I hope the Senator has everything together now, he is as you know A LAWMAKER SWORN TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION WHICH HE KNOWS VERY LITTLE ABOUT !
