WHAT WOULD J.R. EWING DO ???

He would drill for oil in his back yard, THAT'S WHAT HE WOULD DO! ! !

The United States has a problem, OK maybe more than one.

12.20.75, I was 16 years old, passed my drivers license exam that day and was legal to drive. Pretty fun day. Gasoline was approximately 50-60 Cents @ gallon. I could fill my VW BUG for $5.00 !

The United States had the same problem the day I recieved my drivers license, it has today.

Only today that same problem cost us about $3.19 @ gallon a mile from my house.

The problem is we depend on the rest of the world for a precious resource
we have right here in our own country. We buy oil all over the world.

Unfortunately the bulk of it is purchased from a reigon of the world that wants to vaporize each other, and they have the means to do it.

The Middle East is not the place to be right now for vacation, or for any reason for that matter. The Iranians just took a cruise up the Suez Canal. The last time they made a trip up the Suez Canal was not to take Isreal overdue holiday gifts.

Oil has reached over $100.00 @ barrel. It has not be that high since Oct.'08.
There is going to come a time when oil is going to hit $150-$200 @ barrel and not come down.

I hope by the time that happens, we have a President and some Politicans that will IGNORE the TREE HUGGERS and start drilling for oil in this country.
Drill everywhere, off the coasts, Pacific, Gulf, Atlantic. Drill out west, lot's of oil out west and also Alaska, more oil there than anywhere.

If we don't do this sooner rather than later, AND I REALLY MEAN SOONER,
THE POLITICANS WON'T EVEN BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO GO TO WORK !

Talk about Government shutdown !

There aren't many if any people in my social circle  that could afford $8.00-$10.00 for a gallon of gas, could you ?

WASHINGTON D.C. I HOPE YOU CAN HEAR ME, LET'S START DRILLING FOR OIL,HERE, IN THE U.S.

We don't have a consumption problem, WE HAVE A DRILLING PROBLEM ! ! !

Yours in Liberty !
